UPDATE:

The problem with the electrical connection that goes from the Pump House to the Water Waste Treatment Plant has been fixed.  Somewhere in the line that goes over 1000 feet there was a break in the connection.  An emergency generator was put in place to run the WWTP.  The generator is run by gasoline.  With the repaired line, the generator has been removed and the system is online.

Repairs to the exterior of the cottages and homes around the green are being made.  Some trim and shingle repair is being done by SPS in preparation for the spring painting cycle.

Community Satisfaction Survey

The Board has begun its budget preparations for the up-coming year.  We expect to present these results at the Community Meeting. We thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.  To date, we have over 100 surveys returned.  Your feedback is very important to us.  The results from the survey were mentioned at the Community Meeting and Deborah Jones said she was still compiling the results.
